We Put the Unidad
in Communidad

Coming together doesn’t always mean seeing life from the same perspective. There is knowledge to be gained when we have the opportunity to understand different experiences and see things from different points of view.

About us

Our Approach

Building community is our priority. So in order to make sure we can foster great relationships, our positive approach encourages open communication, mutual respect, and collaboration, which strengthens relationships and builds trust.

Terminology Use for Hispanic and Latino Communities

In our materials, we use the terms "Hispanic" and "Latinos" interchangeably. We acknowledge that the identities and descriptions of people from, or with ancestral roots in, Spanish-speaking countries are diverse and multifaceted. "Hispanic" generally refers to people with a background from a Spanish-speaking country, whereas "Latino" relates to individuals from Latin American countries, including those who do not primarily speak Spanish.

We recognize that each individual may have a personal preference for how they identify, and that these terms might not fully encapsulate the rich variety of cultural and national identities within these groups. Our use of these terms aims to be inclusive but not definitive, and we encourage dialogue and feedback on the use of these identifiers. We are committed to respecting the diverse perspectives and identities of all communities represented in our content.
