Dr. Patty Delgado is an experienced Industrial-Organizational Psychologist with over twenty years of experience and is the Co-Founder & Executive Director of El Puente Institute™ which focuses on supporting organizations with effective strategies to prepare for the future workforce. She is also the Founder & CEO of The Bridgify Group, a strategic advising and research firm. With expertise in the science of human behavior in the workplace, cultural competency, and business psychology, Dr. Patty’s scope of work focuses on bridging research with people management and workplace practice. As a workforce strategist, she focuses on identifying barriers and solutions for workforce advancement and development. Dr. Patty understands the value of a diverse workforce where leaders and employees create a cohesive work environment that represents and celebrates differences. Dr. Patty is a contributing author, a board member of various organizations, has been featured in multiple podcasts, and serves as a Hispanic/Latino workforce expert and leader in the national Hispanic community. Dr. Patty holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing, a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, and Doctor of Psychology degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
Dr. Patricia Conde-Brooks is a dynamic and intuitive people and culture leader with a proven track record of helping individuals, teams, and organizations not only build & maintain diverse, culturally competent teams but think critically about the systemic barriers that limit the success of marginalized populations. Her organizational development focus is on the simultaneity of race, ethnicity, gender, and class, and the opportunities and challenges these differences create in organizations. She has provided international organizational development consultation in India, Mexico, and the United States. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Psychology, a Master of Arts in Human Relations and Strategic Leadership, and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Development and Change Management. Her areas of expertise include systems change, change management, coaching, intercultural conflict, mediation, assessment, and action learning. She is a qualified administrator of the Intercultural Developmental Inventory, is certified in the Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory assessment tool, and is certified in other assessment tools.
Dr. Alejandra Rodríguez Mielke is a bilingual DEI coach and consultant with more than 20 years of experience in leadership development and more than 10,000 hours leading training, technical assistance, and research projects in institutions of higher education, non-profits, and mid-size technology organizations. Dr. Mielke holds a Ph.D. in Language & Literacy, a Master of Arts in Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in English & Linguistics. She is also an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, certified as a Professional Coach through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching, a certified Transitions Dynamics Specialist through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching, and holds an Associate Coach Certification by the International Coaching Federation.
